Amy was fantasticly helpful. Able to save two of us money on our contracts and suggest other alternatives. So much more helpful than staff in the Dundee store.

Bought a £10 loaded sim. Wouldnt work in phone. Refused to help or replace. "We dont have a phone in shop to try it". Avoid like the plague. Levy particularly rude.
