    Yet again (now 3rd occasion) promised to ring back and haven't. Spent over 20 grand in last two years and now they can't be bothered with any sort of dealer support. Cocked up a service, fitted a new tyre with a puncture, factory recalls not interested. Not impressed. Think I'll buy my new multistrada somewhere else.
