  Booked an appointment to remove a self-done colour from my hair and when I went in I was told that she couldn't do it today as it would completely damage my hair and I had to rebook the appointment. The hairdresser told me I needed to put down a fully refundable deposit of £20 to book my next appointment. I tried to cancel my appointment today as I have been feeling ill and I am now told that I can't have my deposit back due to it not being 24 hours before the appointment. This is really annoying as I was not told this when putting down the deposit.
