  Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but the two experiences I’ve had with this firm are not ones I’d like to repeat. The people on the desk are friendly enough, but subsequent customer relations have been abysmal in my own case. To start with, they employ a quirky system of selling you goods and then recommending people to carry out the work if you require this service. My most recent encounter was with the kitchen department. I wanted a replacement sink and chose one on display. The salesman assured me that someone called Andy would come round to my house within the next two days to take the requisite measurements. Over a week later, despite 2 telephone calls when I was told the salesman was unavailable but that he would ring me at home that day, I have had no contact and I am now resolved to take my business elsewhere. I regard this as unprofessional in this day and age.
