  So dissapointed in your customer service. First the bought item was not as the foto and specs on e-bay said. Then when contacted about this, there was no response. Even in my equiry to replace the wrong item by the correct item... there was no replay. When we called, you just said, 'we only deliver this one' if you don't like it just send it back, and when we stated the missing item was in the specifications, you promised you would look at it and get back to us. yet again.... all was siland. Now the 2 weeks notice has gone and we yet have to hear from you.
